We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our bags.

What does this Lifetime Warranty cover?

This Lifetime Warranty  covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. (Normal use is not considered stuffing bags over maximum capacity limits which causes non normal stress to our bags)

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or we will replace with a new bag.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is a Lifetime Warranty. It covers all manufacturer defects only.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e., zipper and velcro wear)
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Damages resulting from improper use or care (i.e. outdoor storage in damp environments, airlines, washing machines, dryers etc.)

All of our products are inspected through a vigorous process which almost eliminates any potential manufacturer defect.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You must  provide proof of purchase with a copy of your receipt and our reps will take it from there. All inquiries are quickly responded to within 24 hours or less .
